Project Summary

TAG International is a global development organization committed to delivering innovative solutions in humanitarian response, governance, and security. In Bangladesh, they co-implemented a psychosocial and legal support program that addresses the trauma and justice challenges following the protests in July-August 2024.

Nurai worked alongside TAG and local partners to design and implement a comprehensive MERL system tailored to the program’s rapid-response nature. Our role included:

  • Developing a structured MERL framework to track key results and provide technical oversight to track key results

  • Ensuring a focus on gender and socio-economic inclusion

  • Maintaining continuous data quality assurance and learning support

  • Providing independent evaluation services to generate actionable insights

Nurai delivered a comprehensive MERL framework, including a results framework, extended data matrix, reporting worksheets and quarterly reporting templates. Work has been discontinued because of USAID SWO in January 2025.
