Venezuelan migrants and refugees in Colombia

We spent five days interviewing local government officials in Bucaramanga, on the border with Colombia, to determine the key challenges in responding to the influx of Venezuelan refugees and migrants. The result was a short, internal report used by the client to discuss the feasibility of further work in the area.
